Audley Ranger’s Cottage is a two-bedroom weatherboard cottage located 50m from the Audley Dance Hall and available as accommodation for wedding guests. Audley Ranger’s Cottage was built circa 1920 as a residence for the park ranger and has received a simple refurbishment.
The cottage is perfect for the bride and bridesmaids to stay the night before the wedding and to have their hair and make-up done on the day so there’s no stress in driving anywhere. The newlywed couple can also stay after the wedding, or reserve for family or friends with kids.
Audley Ranger’s Cottage is a two-night minimum stay for a maximum of five guests at $350 per night with a cheaper weekday rate. Check in is from 2 pm and check out at 10 am. Access to Audley Ranger’s Cottage is via a 30 m footpath from the carpark below the cottage. There is no vehicular access to the cottage.
Nearby accommodation includes three refurbished NPWS cottages available for overnight stays in the park: Reids Flat Cottage, Hilltop Cottage and Weemelah Cottages, all of which have three to four bedrooms. See NPWS website for more details.
